Based on 2 minute rounds, get fit fast and learn the foundation and fundamentals of boxing in a fun intense workout. 

This all levels group class is a unique fusion of boxing technique, cardio, strength and conditioning all in one. Designated days will see Technical Tuesdays aimed at boxing techniques through pad work, bag work, core work, foot work and defence moves guided by the coach. Sparring Wednesday is divided into two classes where there is an opportunity for those who want to put technique into practise by sparring.

Among the many benefits of participating in these classes, it also improve coordination, reaction time, mental strength and memory.



This class is aimed at ladies of all fitness levels to channel their mental and physical health in a friendly and warming environment.

Whether this is a first-time exercise class, mums and their bubs, the experienced or the need for new challenge, these sessions will have you coming back time and time again.

The classes are a fusion of cardio, strength, core work, conditioning and non – contact boxing. HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) methods are incorporated in designated sessions to improve cardiovascular fitness and burn maximum calories.

Whilst training in this fun environment, you will get fit, boost your metabolism and get a full body workout.  



Based on 3 minute rounds, the Advanced Boxing Class is aimed for males and females who are wanting to compete in the boxing world and surround themselves with amateur and professional boxers.  

These classes are designed to push you to the limits and put your mental and physical skills/techniques into practice. Advanced boxing and sparring is where you are perfecting your skills in preparation for competition. Boxing techniques, defence moves, drills, team work, mental preparation, mentoring and intense fitness is all consolidated as one.

The professional coaches are here to lead you every step of the way to help you achieve your goals.

This class is sure to become your child's favourite activity!

By combining fun and enjoyment with physical activity, your child's physical and mental health will be greatly rewarded. These classes are designed to teach them the basic skills in boxing through team games, technical and individual learning, cardio and strength work which is carefully designed to be age appropriate. They will learn the skills of self discipline, team work and self confidence. The coaches and their understudies are there to help your child reach their full potential. 

Most importantly, they will make lots of new friends.

The kids advanced class is a step up from the beginners group.

Apart from the incorporation of team games and activities, these classes move into developing advanced technical skills and techniques. Self discipline and self motivation is ultimately encouraged at this point. Sparring (contact boxing) is introduced but not mandatory and is done in a fully supervised manner. 

The coaches and their understudies are there to help your child reach their full potential.
